Get over the idea that "fucking" is (or would be) some major life achievement/accomplishment...

It isn't. Any dog can (and does) do it... and do can any guy(at least so lang as he still has twig & berries attached & functional; and anyone who doesn't have functional genitals, is not a GUY, but a eunuch); ergo there is no such thing as an incel.

Thus, the problem with so called self-MIS-labeled "incels" is that they (you) have pedestalized women, and made the rather banal & mundane act of "fucking" into some holy unobtainable sacrament -- unobtainable largely because they've (you have) spent too much time fantasizing about some woman/women who are BEYOND your reach (celebrity, centerfold, other "poster" chicks).

One way to FIX that -- put at end to the incredibly inane "ideation" of the banal act of "fucking" -- would be to just go out and get laid. Be it some prostitute, some local (low SMV) bar slut, whatever. (If she's fugly then stck abag over her head, turn out the lights, get drunk, whatever).

Personally I don't recommend that, and don't think it's necessary.

Why? Because I think your problem is actually DEEPER than that -- at the root, it's very likely NOT just or only about "sex" -- rather it's about an overall self-esteeem/self-confidence problem:

You have none.

The reason you have none is NOT just because you're a virgin/incel, rather it's because you've never accomplished ANYTHING (anything of substance). You need to get off our ass, put away the video games & the (brain destroying) "smart-phone"; get your ass OUTSIDE and do something PRODUCTIVE.

REAL Male confidence, self-esteem, self-value comes -- NOT from the attention/validation of women (which is flighty & ephemeral at best) -- but from the act of achieving something... for it's OWN value. Build, repair, hunt, chop down a tree, blaze a trail, or otherwise WORK to create something of "sustenance/necessity" value -- and then do it again, and again -- and you'll gain confidence and no longer really NEED (much less so desperately obsess over) any "validation" from women.

In short... quit being a little boy looking for -- obsessing over your LACK of -- "love" & attention from some substitute mother-wife-whore female... because frankly you ain't missing much.
