OK. I am new to MGTOW. I have not went my own way. I divorced my wife, but went and married an Asian girl, and have some kids with her. So I hope I am not a "traitor" here or something. I like the MGTOW movement and their fresh and free-thinking. I thought if anyplace I could get some advice, it is here.

So I just found out that the courts are garnishing 100% of my US Social Security Disability for a child I never knew I had, from an ex in America I left 20 years ago. Now I am in a poor and dangerous country with my wife and 8 kids (the only place you can raise a family on US Social Security!). We will be homeless. We will starve. Someone will abduct our kids.

There are threats of being arrested for not paying. How can they take 100% of your disability? How can they force a disabled person to work?

Also, the name on the paperwork is not me. It is someone else. And it says their/my income is 5 times more a month than mine is. It also says it is from a job. But I do not/cannot work. Have not in decades. Something is not right here. But without vast sums of money for a lawyer, I am stuck! They said once the judge orders something, you can't take it back. How is that possible? The first month's payment is $3,000. And it is $50 a month interest! A total of $308 a month.

For reference, the 10 of us live on $300 a month.
