It’s safe to assume there’ll be some kind of pussy pass (to what degree, I don’t know). However, DA’s need specific info to know what charge they think will stick. Was it a 1st degree murder or 2nd? Was the stabbing a panic after getting stomped? Will they choose Manslaughter because it’s the most probable win? Those are all legitimate questions, I think.
