the 80/20 rule is a simplification of Pareto's law, in reality it's more like this:
The square root of the total number of active people achieve half the outcome of any productive activity
So if you have 100 workers, 10 of them will make half the production, and the other 90 will do the other half
The 80-20 rule is the first trend that was spotted by Pareto, and latter, he managed to do a continuous distribution, and that's what's used today
