MGTOW is therapy. Most problems can be traced to some woman in your life, "Tell me about your mother...", or the pursuit of women leaving you unsatisfied and depressed.

Or feeling like you're stuck in some form of society that is toxic to you. Or feeling you can't focus on your needs and wants.
