This means participants in sexual acts will need to constantly give consent throughout the act in order for there not to be potential rape or sexual assault charges. The problem with this bill is that it's too vague and subjective. It also puts the burden of proof on the accused. So what's a guy to do to protect himself from a law that forces him to prove that he asks a woman for sexual consent during the act itself? And let's get real here.
