My definition of "monk" is pretty loose.

Most of us here are "monk" to "monkish" in my book, even those doing pump and dump.

I say that bc for the most part we are living apart from the expectations of mainstream society and are focusing on study, accomplishments (financial or otherwise), self-improvement, critically examining the paradigm, etc.

​

In large part MGTOW is just a new twist on some very old ideas. Look at Sir Isaac Newton. And thousands of examples all through out history.

​

It used to be men that separated themselves from the herd and focused their energies on things other than the game were almost always treated with some form of respect. Even when they weren't actually "revered" and were "that weird guy", that was still the guy you went to see to learn something: fighting, medicine, magic, etc.

Their counsel was sought.

We pose no threat to the system. I've seen numbers thrown around here that MGTOW comprises ~0.2% of the population. For shits and giggles lets run with it. Even if we increase by an order of magnitude we will still only comprise 2% of the population. We're never going to change a damn thing. And it's not like we're trying.

​

Yet feminist are so insecure and so fucking threatened by us that they and their allies, agents, proxies, etc have to dox us, hunt us, ruin us, fuck with our kids and family, get us fired, hound us into getting back on the plantation, etc, etc, etc.

My suggestion?

They should knock off the bullshit. There's a lot they could learn from us. Too bad they're so fucking full of toxic femininity that they'll never be able to see that.
