I went Monk after leaving my BPD girlfriend and it was everything I needed. I used this time to add 5lbs (lifting), read the sidebar, read the content on here, and study to complete my BSN (bachelors degree). I finally felt ready. I made myself a Tinder and immediately started getting matches. This immediately boosted my already high confidence which had me prepared for my night out on Friday.

I tried my best to make this post not too long and only state the important details.

This is the first night in over a year where I have not only gone to a club, but have drank alcohol. My sole intention was to catch up with old friends, I prioritized my full time nursing job and schooling before this time, and treated the night as such. The fact that I already had several Tinder matches who wanted to spend time with helped maintain the abundance mentality which made me very successful in this club. I sat near the firepit outside, catching up with some old friends, and I noticed two HB7's. I hit it off great with both of them and noticed several IOI's. My friend decided to join the conversation after a couple minutes, mainly to the friend that I wasn't really talking to. What I did next was my proud moment: I noticed an HB8-9 from school inside the club and I wanted to talk to her. So I told her that I was going to go find my friends who had just came to the club and that we can talk another time through text. Boom. Right away she was puzzled and gave me her information, which will make sense in a second. I went to go grab more liquid courage prior to this and approached this friend and made her face light up like a Christmas tree. 5 minutes later we were drunkenly making out. Her friend pulled her away and I didn't see them again that night. With abundance mentality in place, I moved on from this and ran into more women, which resulted in more alcohol drinking, and more success. I didn't give a shit about anything that night. I eventually caught myself being too drunk, one year of sobriety will make you a lightweight, and feeling sick. I then spent time looking for my friends. I was then pulled aside by HB7 from earlier who said that I was supposed to take another drink with her. I didn't give a shit and went in for it. We were making out for who knows how long. She then explains that she's from Vegas for the weekend and she wants to have fun during her stay. Tempting, but I was feeling too sick. I told her that I'm not that easy, but honestly I just wanted to throw up and walked away.

Eventually I found my friends who drove my Benz home. We dropped off one of the friends before my friend realized he forgot to close his tab and we went back. He went into the bar while I stood outside the Benz to which an HB8 from the club was giving some serious IOI's that I took advantage of. She complimented the car and we hit it off great and started dancing outside the club. We were making out before I knew it, but I was still feeling horribly sick... Before I could get her contact information, my friend came back and forcibly took me away. The rest of my night was me recovering from a combination of hard alcohol and IPA's as well as responding to Snapchats from six new girls.

In relation to TRP: MONK MODE. Best thing ever. Use this time to get rid of the Oneitis mindset and instate the Abundance mentality. This alone has lead to my success on Tinder and in the club. Don't fear rejection. There are plenty more in the sea. I was rejected far more times but still locked lips with six girls this night! I could've taken it to the next level, but I didn't want to be throwing up. -Don't be thirsty! Cannot stress this enough. This ties with the abundance mentality. Girls pick up on it easy. My lack of thirst has resulted in me not caring and makes talking with those HB7-9's one of the easiest things to do. -READ the sidebar. Study this content. I read it every morning. -FUCKING lift. Don't be a little bitch about it either. If you hurt yourself somewhere during your workout, work out another muscle group. -Finally, avoid getting shitfaced drunk. It ruins your next day at the gym and it's just not fun all around.

Next step: day game.
