Not fucked up,as the customer you have every right to be satisfied with the goods/services that you are paying for, and whom provides said services. Be prepared, however, to be greeted with hostility as actions do have consequences. You are also NOT required to “tip” or give a gratuity (a form of being grateful) of any kind. So if you are stuck with a server/other employee that does not make you grateful, why would you “thank” them. (Which is what a tip is). Your money belongs to YOU, and it is up to you to give it to whomever you see fit. Not up to the employee, not society, not your parents, not your friends, not me, just yourself.

Is it fucked up to not tip them? I take an amoral stance, if you can get away with stealing money from them, do it. It's just unlikely that you will get away with it.

You want to tip anywhere you plan to eat again, though.
