I know at least with kickstarter if you don't fulfil the obligations and donaters complain they WILL force you to refund the money. Hopefully gofundme has something of the same.

Fake news. Half the money was given to the homeless man by buying him a camper along with cash. He sold the camper and used the money to buy drugs.

She is holding the other half of the money which she raised for him stating that she will release it once he gets off drugs and gets a job. Mind you she raised 400k the initial goal was 10k.

Now he's suing her claiming that the couple (not just the qoman) spent the morning on drugs, vacations and so on. How would a homeless man gain all that intel?
