It's interesting to see that Alita, a movie about a cyborg with a female persona, was given a 94% community rating. It's like the majority of people prefer machines to humans, and over human female lead roles for that matter.

Why people have an issue with sex dolls (artificial relationship machines) is a god damn mystery, looking at these kinds of entertainment stats.

Reviewers nowadays must think their job is to tell you what to like, not to actually review the content of a movie.

Star Wars 7 and 8 and Wonder Woman were 90%+ fresh?? They're so so movies at best.

I disagree that Wonder Woman and Episode 7 didn't push a political agenda. They did, but just not as hard Captain Marvel or Ghostbusters. That said, how more than 90% of reviewers can claim that The Last Jedi is a good movie is beyond me. It was a shabby mess that I tried to watch twice and fell asleep in the middle of it both times.

Captain marvel was average to slightly below average to me, but the penis envy was there in your face, in a go kart scene the older stronger boy telling her to slow down while he is speeding up. after watching him speed up She then speeds up and crashes lol. Atleast they showed what happens when you dont listen. I just watched the cam version didnt regret it one bit.

People were just pissing all over themselves over “the force awakens” because the the Star Wars fan base was so amped over the idea of a new Star Wars movie that would rejuvenate the franchise. The movie is basically a loose shot for shot re-creation of the original Star Wars movie, with a ridiculous Mary-sue feminist female character, surrounded by cucked incompentant male supporting characters

This makes some sense. I actually quite liked Rogue One. The heroine seemed like a real character, with flaws and struggles, and although she was a badass she wasn't invincible and relied on help from others including various badass males to get the mission done. And, no socio-political lectures. It's the last Star Wars movie I'll ever watch, ending on a high note.

On a different note, is Alita any good? I keep hearing two very opposite opinions of the movie (kinda like Captain Marvel!) but my gut instinct tells me that it's worth a look.

I can't seem to understand why women would want a movie made by men to empower women. It's completely the opposite of what they are trying to achieve. It's like getting your dad to go to the college to tell all the people that you are a grown ass man and can defend himself.

I just saw the last Jedi. I was prepared for some sjw stuff but it must have gone right over my head. I was entertained for 2 hours.

The only complaint was the chubby Asian girl stopping what's his nuts from going out in a blaze of glory in that cannon.

Oh and Leila not dying in the vacuum of space. and there was something weird about the new admiral chick.
