Poor bastard. Firstly he needs a new fucking lawyer because that is 100% coaching the kid to turn against him. Secondly, I was in a similar position as a child. Although my parents were and are not divorced, my mothers family tried very hard to turn me against my father, telling me how bad he was, that he was a terrible person and didn't love me. This was pretty fucking horrible stuff to tell a little kid. I didn't know if I believe it or not at the time, I just went a long with it but never showed it to dad. The thing is, kids aren't stupid. As I got older I was able to put things together and work out that my mothers family were lying to me. It came back to haunt my grandmother especially as I was her only grandchild and I stopped talking to her entirely. I even refused her death bed requests to talk to me. Yes, I know, that was fucking cold. My point is; kids always find out the truth and it will always come back and bite the lying family member right on the arse. Always.

The court orders for me and my ex specifically stated no badmouthing of the other to our child. To do so is contempt of court.

Get a better attorney.

Parental alienation is against the law on both sides. Unfortunately, both sides do this. Victims of parental alienation need attorneys that will fight for them as soon as possible and perpetrators definitely need to be punished. It's fucking child abuse.
