Hi there all, first post here. I’ll try to keep it short. In high school I was the most betafied individual I had ever seen, molded by movies and romantic comedies and such and surrounded by women that just wanted to be friends. I learned a lot but still not that necessary piece. Then I got into seduction through magic bullets and the game and landed my first ltr....thing is I got married eventually and am now divorced. And I guess the issue is two fold:

I don’t have a clue on maintaining alpha in an LTR. I have mastered the chase and “closing” but not truly “being”

In my current relationship I have definitely faltered and have opened my eyes to my beta tendencies. It’s almost like I felt “hey, you have the girl and she’s accepting, it feels good to beta go ahead and beta” I think the worst part is that’s my way of apologizing. Was arrested recently (no big deal) and she came to the rescue without being asked, let me use her car etc and I was like wow she really loves me....but something in my mind is telling me it’s smoke and mirrors. She wants to move in and the whole 9...I’m all for it but I need to reassert myself. When we first linked up I was SO alpha. It was nothing to coerce her to adventures, crazy sex and submission. Her conversations were completely different. I feel like when this turned into a real relationship the dynamic changed. I confronted her on the change and she swears it’s nothing, she’s just tired, we can’t just have fun allll the time....but I feel if I don’t fix myself it will end badly.

Any advice would be appreciated.
