Starting a business, downsides of all male staff?

GMOW by starting an engineering business. I’ve been able to handle the workload for the past few months but looking to hire for mediocre roles like a secretary to take calls, copy and file paperwork and errands.

I don’t like the idea of hiring female workers because of #metoo and any drama it can cause when I hire more staff.

One downside I can see from not hiring females is that males will be more earnest to want higher pay move on from mediocre jobs or leaving to another company.

I usually see single mothers work for 40+ years in the same position because they can’t do anything else with their life and they know it, but it simplifies the process for the employer.
