It’s simply perspective. How have you viewed this event. You were in a relationship with this woman. In this relationship you opened yourself to her and saw a possible future. The message this woman gave you showed absolutely no decency towards you at all. In fact it was positively offensive. I suspect it was designed to get a reaction from you to somehow validate her. This woman clearly has issues and you are fortunate in removing her from your life.

You are hurting now but you do not realise how lucky you are. This woman is an unexploded bomb who will no doubt destroy herself and anyone unlucky to be in her company. So it has gone this way but imagine the ways it could have gone. You could have married her given her a child and one day she could have simply told you to leave as she wanted to try sex with someone else, and by the way pay me for 18 years. This is not unusual there are literally tens of thousands of men on this site who have had this happen. Many as they read this are saying you lucky man oh if only that psycho bitch I married had simply ditched me and ran off with chad instead of leaving my life a wreck with a child I never see and an 18 year set of bills.
