Correction. It isn't a government contract. It is an franchise agreement to take agency for another person under the presumption that you have no fucking clue what you are doing.

A contract involves 2 parties, with the terms clearly spelled out and understood by both parties, containing benefits and obligations for both parties. Think of requesting a marriage license: do you have any of these requirements that makes up a contract?

Best story about this...Back in the day, there was a band called Motley Crue. The lead singer, Vince Neil, was a ladies man, had multiple wives. Finally on his 3rd or 4th, he bought a HUGE rock, shined like the sun. Fast forward a few years later when she left him, she took the ring to get it appraised and sold. She found out it was cubic zirconia and not worth more then a few hundred dollars. When questioned, Neil said he wanted to make sure she was with him for the long term,not for his money......Brilliant decision....
