Despite the name of this sub, I feel we have a chance to actually make a movement to take the laws that have beaten men to the ground for the last 1/2 century.

Government needs to gtfo out of marriage all together. They should never have been involved in the first place. Women wanted it this way. They voted it in, and will vote it back in if it gets repealed. As long as they are allowed to vote civilization will continue to decline until it reaches zero again. So unless your game for repealing their voting rights gtfo with this weak shit because it won't work. We are already doing the second best thing. Opting out.

I really like this sub too and I love witnessing and seeing how it’s starting to take hold. Honestly though if I were to want to do any damage or change anything I think the best way to do it would just be to get the message out there. I looked it up and it would only cost like 1000$ to get a message on a billboard. No website no nothing just directed at men “men! Sick of the s#!t? Go MGTOW” and that would be it. But that would be my approach IF I felt the need but the MGTOW message and red pill truths seem to finding their way to the public on their own.

Everyone on this sub likes to dismiss this idea and shame anyone who dares talk about doing something to change the system. I disagree with this line of thinking completely.

Why not channel the energy of the community to make the world a more just and fair place for men? We should be helping our brothers, sons, fathers because the system is fucked up and needs to change.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think the best legal strategy would be to use the same laws and precedence that have been established regarding discrimination, specifically gender discrimination. Woman are given the right to "choose" if they want to be a parent, men are not given this choice, that sounds like discrimination on the basis of gender to me.

One idea I have on how to engage the MGTOW/MRA/Manosphere community, is to create a site where legal challenges are discussed and the best ones are given the green light based on the consensus of the community and likelihood of success. Once greenlit, users can contribute funds to support the case. When the initial funding goal is reached, lawyers are retained and the case begins moving forward.

The incentive for the community would come in the form of payout if the case is won. Any damages that are awarded by the court would then be distributed amongst the members who invested in the case and payouts are calculated based on the contribution amount of each member. Effectively creating a class-action lawsuit funding site specifically targeting men's issues.

I'm still flushing this idea out but that is the basic gist of it.

The only successful men's movement by all indications would have to be a micro movement. A few dedicated activists turning the monsters women have made into weapons. Women will fight against alimony when it is turned onto them.
