A long 7 year story short.

Cuckold Boss starts banging the receptionist. She cheated on her alpha husband with him from her 20s and decides she wants to leave him for cuckold boss aka Beta Bucks. He now supports her excess amount of kids while she also collects hefty tax returns, child support, plus plus plus, and a larger paycheck than most of her peers for doing no work whatsoever.

She creates more work for the industrious males in the office by telling her ideas to Cuckold Boss and having him enforce them. ( Pointless work that doesn’t need to be done ) She just wants to have her say and feel involved so the Hamster can think she’s earned her income.

She now shares pillow talk with Cuckold Boss about who is performing/not performing up to HER standards. These conversations vary based on her moods. They come back to work using the same buzz words when giving orders. This is how you know her words are coming out of his mouth.

She is later promoted to an Executive position. Nothing changes in her work performance, only a considerable bump in pay. She still sits at the computer all day shopping on amazon and stalking people on FB while only responding to emails with a question.

20% of the people are doing 80% of the work ( The Young Industrious Males ) they are constantly being slave driven.

Nepotism always lowers the morale of any work environment because favoritism insinuates an overwhelming handicap for hard workers to be promoted or strive towards a better role. When employees don’t see room to grow, their performance and demeanor tend to devolve.

No one at the office can stand dealing with her. Even Cuckold Boss has the look of “ Oh shit, I fucked up” in his eyes. What’s he gonna do - fire her? She can chop him in half and destroy his life.

Clearly, this business is now failing due to my Bosses Blind Cuckoldry and his new wife’s exploitation of the system. With a turnover of 15 employees in the past 7 years. It’s an absolute shipwreck.

I recently put in my two weeks notice. I’m just thankful to have learned from Cuckold bosses mistakes as I’ve learned from many others. GMOW.
