This post may have a somber tone, as I wish to send my condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Anthony Bourdain, may your soul rest in peace, you were a true man, and loved by all, Thank you for everything.

If you haven't seen lately, famed CNN host and world renowned chef Anthony Bourdain committed suicide, and left with us a sense of dismay and inquiry. Bourdain was ALPHA in every sense of the word. He's what happens when you pour all Alpha traits into a silver haired man with a hoop earring and a wine glass. He had the "Fuck You" punk attitude, the shear disregard for others opinions. He was skilled but not a slave to his work, rather someone who commanded others with gravitas and was a king at all times. His almost caveman-like confidence surrounded him with a buffet of women to choose from.

This conversation about mental health has to be had eventually. I've posted on here about EQ(Emotional Intelligence) and how people are not capable of recognizing emotions in others. I think it's funny how we can be jealous of another man's ability, or perceived achievement, yet not for a second be thankful for what we have right in front of us. Its like the people who always seem to have it all, are just covering it up and putting on a show. We all have our weaknesses, we all have our demons.

I want to leave a lasting taste in the mouth of any whining, bitching or complaining person out their. Be thankful!!! Grow Thicker Skin!!! Because you are on a journey and growing is supposed to hurt. You may have a fleet of 10/10 models for sex parties in your penthouse, you may get fuck off rich and pour champagne from Helicopters, you might have the perfect beach body and bust 1,000 nuts and never get tired. But at the end of the day, if you are not at peace, your troubles will only worsen, SO GET HELP NOW. What you do have, is this journey that you're traveling on right here and right now. Celebrate that!! Because that's the only thing you can take with you. Some people might despise feminists or what they stand for, but this IS the world we live. Fall in Love with it. Embrace it.

In Conclusion, think about what you want people to say about you when you die. Do you want them to say you were so Alpha that you cucked everyone and stole all their bitches. Or that you were a good man, son, father, brother, leader, friend, and most of all a good human. Give thanks to the Journey, give thanks to the now.
