Why are women more likely to be judgmental, picky, moody, bossy, controlling, etc. compared to men?

Because

Men are givers. They were designed to explore, to build, to create and to give resources, to give protection.

Women are receiver. They were designed to attract men into giving them the dick and semen to make babies, to receive resources and protection.

Women feels good and happy when they receive something(gift, dick, money, ..) from men. However they are hypergamous thus always desiring 'better gift'.

Because of hypergamous nature, they always seek something better. They will never feel content with what they have, they will always compare, be judgemental if not good enough, bossy and controlling if they think they have power.

I think that has to do with what women fantasize about. I read a thing a few years back where they looked at the love interest in a bunch of trashy love novels that are popular with women. They found that the main love interest was most often one of five occupations. Those being pirate, doctor, surgeon, vampire, and billionaire. Women don't want to be strong, they want to control the strong thing.

This question might be answered by evolutionary biology and mating tactics as well as the dating scene in many countries.

But I just ignore those women. Most men will argue with you and cut you off but you are still buddies the next time you see each other (no "we need to talk" shit).

Though a few men exhibit those negative traits and ignore them too.
