Barney stinson from how i met your mother is truely red pilled. Never realized how much blue pilled bs we see/hear in our media. Tv, movies, music all full of simp idealism. His character, his “bro code” is something we should all strive for.

Not really in my opinion, since he is painted as a broken men only trying to feel the fatherly love he missed as a child by hooking up with girls. They do not paint him as someone who is grown up and has his stuff together basically pointing out that he is pathetic, meanwhile Marshall who only dated his current wife is seen as the perfect guy, and ted is being applauded for his chasing the one. Eventually Barney start trying monogamy and realises that this is what he always wanted. I belief in the end his ends up alone but with a daughter by a random woman, the daughter he does love with all his heart he claims, turning the sad woman chassing man into something that is more important a father (provider). So in my opinion we should not be like barney since he is still in many ways a blue pilled guy, his only purpose in the show of being red pilled is to show how lonely and sad that life is. Also the bro code revolves around how to deal with men in the presence of other women, it shows nothing about loyalty and or caring for your fellow man.

No this is not shooting you post down or saying it is wrong, in my opinion I do not want to become like barney and would argue there are more fun ways to be then him. But if you feel like that is your way by all means do not be taken back to what I said. I could and most likely are wrong.
