Medics make very little for what they do. The average for a NYC medic is $50k. That's a pittance to actually afford to live there too.

She likely has the 2nd job to afford to live IN the city. I'm not excusing her choice, merely giving a reason. And, if she's an onlyfans "star" she likely makes more doing that than being a medic. Funded by thirsty, stupid, men.
