I did avoiding women for years. I'm by no means a loser. But it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Better than nofap.

Good luck to you. For meditation, try short duration, daily at fixed timing. This will train your discipline and ability to focus. Lifes a marathon.

Onces youre done avoiding all the things youve mentioned, i hope you can no longer feel the need to avoid and face them without being affected by them. Having control from within...

Been monk for a good six years now. All of the stuff you've listed is great for those starting, but you needn't stress too much after a bit. These tips will get you through the rough patch, but once you really start investing in yourself and trying to improve who you are and what you do, you'll realise that you've reached your goal in no time at all.

And the goal? Pure apathy towards the opposite sex. I don't hate them, I just don't fucking care what they do unless it invades my space. And trust me, apathy is a fucking powertool when kicking those idiots out of the way.

When you reference Buddhism, do you mean to adopt certain tenets of said religion or wholeheartedly adopt Buddhism as your religion? Because sometimes some MGTOW follow SOME aspects of it but don't consider themselves Buddhist due to their critical stance towards organized religion.

Depression and pessimism automatically made me a monk. All the points you listed are great. What does the trick is to take to the heart that desire/attachment is the root of suffering and live accordingly.
