Hello everyone...
I’m a 29 year old male who has been fucked over by women to many times. I’ve been slowly reading MGTOW posts on reddit and watching YouTube videos and finding myself agreeing with a lot (not all) of the MGTOW views. I see MGTOW as a response to the feminist incursion on western culture and the nuclear family unit. Men are fed up and so am I.
So here is my dilemma.... I have gotten out of a toxic 5 year relationship where I was engaged and fortunately saw what would happen before I married her. She was a feminist and always played the victim card because she was a woman. It got very bad and I’m still dealing with the fallout from rejecting her, continuous harassment, threats, shaming, etc. for the most part it doesn’t bother me, I’m just exhausted from dealing with it.
I earn a pretty comfortable living and while I don’t have any sizeable assets yet, I save a very large percentage of my money so that I can retire early and I anticipate having a sizeble asset portfolio within the next 10 years. I’m scared of saying “I do” and putting that in jeapordy. However, I do want a wholesome relationship with a good partner. I feel sexual desire towards women and I do like sex a lot. But not with multiple women, just one to share with.
How do I fully embrace MGTOW while giving up what I feel in my heart? I don’t want to have promiscuous sex because it doesn’t really do anything for me, I want that one woman.
Traditional women are pretty much gone. Growing up my parents both raised us kids in a traditional household. Dad worked, and mom took care of the house and us kids. She did it happily, it gave her a sense of pride. She wanted to have dinner on the table for dad after he came from work, it made her happy to take care of dad as it made him happy to provide for us. When times were tough, she got a job to help make ends meet and she did it happily, no resentment towards dad. It was a team effort. She bent over backwards for him and he did the same for her. It was a beautiful sight to behold growing up. So naturally that’s what I seek. But whenever I wanted that from any woman I was with, all I got was resentment and shaming for being “misogynistic”.
Dad passed away last year at a fairly early age and the sadness from mom is unreal. She feels almost lost without dad. They were married for almost 40 years. He was close to retirement and they were making plans for after he retired and spending more time together.
This is what I’ve always sought, but I know rationally that it’s never going to happen because women have changed into life sucking monsters who only use men for personal gain.
How do I let go of what I really want to protect myself?
Sorry for the long post, but I’ve been contemplating this subject for months.
Thank you.
