I don't know that it qualifies as MGTOW but I watched a Chinese movie (subbed) called Lost in Tailand that was a pretty good comedy. Part of the story is one of the main character's mariage is in trouble, and at the end he reconciles with his wife (although my interpretation is just so he doesn't lose his kid). But that's very little of the movie. Mostly its these two guys Lost in Thailand and all the crazy stuff that happens.
