As some of you know, I am in Slovenia because I started business here. 

For a year now, I managed to make solid profit but I feel like it's not enough. I feel like I waste precious time with limited opportunities. 

And then out of nowhere, I found great land that is very promising in many ways. 

Not only it can be used well, it can also be sold after some additional building permits are gained. Potentially, price would be tripled.

I know that scam is first thing that came across your mind, but it has nothing to do with any scam and the price isn't that high.

I simply don't want to go to the banks so that they can suck my blood for years.

I found some friends on this sub and most of them are now single and have solid savings, which inspired me to try here.

It can be a win - win situation for anyone who wants to be a partner or invest some amount of money. 

Land is estimated at 150.000$ and I already have 70.000$. 

That means that 80.000$ is needed. Think about it, banks give you 2 - 3% interest yearly.
