Catchy title. Was going to disagree with the video until the last third of it. In short, it is saying that people need to learn how to fend for themselves instead of depending on protection from others.

I do agree with helping people, but I see the fault in protecting someone if they do not decide to learn to protect themselves. If someone is willing to learn and improve, point them in the right direction to getting help and offer a little bit of assistance (unless it's your job or duty).
