"Lack of Confidence" is a nice way of saying she was not prepared for the responsibilities of her position and lacked not only leadership in a high stress position but also her superiors did not think she could meet the requirements. She must have really really stunk to be removed in two weeks. Which begs the question, how did she get the position in the first place?
