My dad put me on game with women. he always told me never just focus on one girl. don’t show too much love. He told me a story how a girl that he liked he showed her so much love and affection and she went back to a dude that treated her like dog shit and he was heart broke s for a year

another story in short was when a girl he was dating was going to military ball with him. but then she turned him down to go with another dude so he moved on and she got pissed at him and her friends was talking shit about my father ( basic manipulation). Now remember this all transpired during the 80s so basically women are still the same.

My dad is pretty alpha, but when he was dating my mom for 6 years she basically gave him an ultimatum saying if he don’t propose she’s gonna leave him. and here i am now because of that lol.

Instead he had a giving up approach at the slightiest problem. Always complaining but never acting upon anything. Gave over all power to my mom. My mom even taught me how to shave while my dad was in the other room watching TV.

Had to learn everything the hard way. I wonder if it's as bad as having a single mom.

Yep. I am fully proud of my whole family. I am being raised in a stable household (I'm 18), traditional background, brahmin family, joint family, stable relationships, surrounded by unicorns etc. My parents are the most perfect couple you have ever seen. In our society, people normally point towards my parents and tell newly weds " be like this couple, this is how a relationship should be". Dad is a great father figure, a "MAN" man. And mom? One of the greatest women I have ever seen. Women dont have any idea how to be women nowadays. But my mom can literslly be labelled as the true "strong and independent" one. Father is the leader in our relationship and takes decisions etc. My mom assists him and helps him to make critical decisions in each and every aspect. She is the breadwinner of my family (as the highest income earner). But she knows how to be a woman and how to be feminine. My father taught me many things about life and he was the one who gave me proper guidiance about being a rational and logical person. Mom taught me how to control my physical and psychological self and make things work in my life. Both gave me a robust upbringing and still guiding me in terms of many things. Uncles, aunts, grandma, uncle's kids, its a one big happy family. I consider myself lucky for having such wonderful parents, specially a father like this. And yeah, I love my dad and mom very much, specially mom, she is my world. Always supported me in each and every thing, inspired me by her actions, cheered me up whenever I was upset. Father showed me how to learn from my failures and how to "level up". As for other people in my family, they taught me many things like family values, and being a man of my word, always respect my dignity and self respect over a woman etc. I was taught that a man's virginity is a gift, so he should not waste it by loosing it to unworthy women.

"If you dont find someone to continue yout journey with, then go alone. Like an elephant in the jungle. Its better to be alone than to be with a woman who will destroy your true self."

As far as I know , these kind of family structures are rare in the west.

He did everything in his power to be in my life, even though he worked a lot. He doesn’t like the idea of being alone and lonely the whole time, so he had an affair about a year an a half ago, and boy, was it messy. One thing I learned is to not be like him and just not commit and be scared of being alone the whole time.

He was a hard working dad. He sacrificed so much and never expected anything from anyone.

My mother abused him quite a bit and he just took it. He still does.

He is a grandfather now and I intend to be just like him.

He was there somewhere but didn't learn anything from him. I raised myself with games and internet while they were absent working. Got overweight at young age. All my parents cared about was just to provide the money and told me to study so I can get a good job in life. They themselves had the opposite and now they ended up in whatever kind of jobs (Dad luckied out as a low rank police officer, Mom has some minimal wage jobs). Ended up overweight as a kid with gyno. Very often I would want to be the good guy with high morals which had me getting into trouble in life (getting picked on and shit) as well as being blue pilled for quite a bit of time. Always had low self esteem because of my gyno. A girl I had a crush on realized that and actually asked me if I want to date via friend. I told her I dunno because I felt like I didn't deserve to be with her. Basically I hate my childhood. Always had good grades, been a "good boy", didn't party at all.

Now I struggle with women at the age of 21, still a virgin although I could just buy sex. Just now I realize how much I missed out when it comes to parties and relationships. Have no actual hobbies, stuff that I enjoy. I still play video games but I do want to quit. It's just hard for me to find anything else to do. I got one thing from dad though and that is to save money. It just got to the extreme where I don't spend money trying to find hobbies and actually I don't know why I don't. They did send me to US for international exchange where I got my English to native speaker level (My parents don't speak any foreign language). I learned there to work out, picked up running. So now I think I'm in a pretty good shape with only minimal amounts of loose skin and gyno which I'm getting rid of via surgery which I saved money for. I earned it working in Germany which was really fun (found the job myself), way more fun than the university I'm doing right now. Although uni is not that bad of a deal in my country since it's free, I'm even receiving a scholarship for average and it is an engineering course. Not sure how much my degree will be worth in the west though. Also my parents bought me a flat which I supposedly should pay off once I graduate but what sucks is that it's far away from uni, all the people my age and parties.

There is one benefit though with having to figure out everything for myself. I think I'm pretty smart and I learn really quickly. I can pass exams without studying and much effort. So now I'm having my holidays while rest of my major is retaking exams.

Parents are both in their 40s now, Mom is not that ugly but she got quite out of shape, while Dad probably could date younger girls especially as a police officer. He never seemed to be much of a player though.

Once I get the surgery I hope it will help me with girls. I think the problem does not lie in my looks as I'm an average kind of guy so outside of online dating I could get a regular girlfriend. The problem really is in my mindset, what I do and just not knowing where to find girls. I live in Poland, where the most obvious way to find a girl is at a party. Well then it is kinda pointless to go there alone and in the end I don't know how to approach girls and talk to them not to jinx anything up. On top of that there is plenty of Erasmus guys coming from western countries looking for easy girls, well and obviously they do fall for them/their money.

tl:dr Mixed opinion about my dad and parents overall. Always provided the money, not much knowledge, tips, love or anything which had me figure shit out for myself.

I was raised being told my dad was a drug dealer and criminal; when I was 12 I was flown out to meet him for the first time, and I was pretty scared for the first half a day. The rest of the summer I had a great time, hiked my first mountain (a 14'r was the second one I hiked with him), we went fishing and hiking and he taught me to play chess.

I lost just about all respect I had left for my mom after that. I didn't have much left for her to begin with as I had already been raising my sisters for about 2 years and getting beat everytime I saw her because I wasn't doing it right....I was 10...and I we only saw her about once a week anyways.

Turns out my dad was, and is, a pretty cool guy. A wealth of knowledge, and even him retiring now, he's active and he's just a solid man. He gave me a reason to push myself hard through life, because I wanted to be as good of a man that I saw him as, and just wanted him to be proud of me.

My dad hated me and my brother, We are twins and my brother has cereberal palsy and is a sharp mind trapped in a body that doesn't work, He was taken into care when I was 2 and my parents were 19.

I didn't know he wasn't my father so it was confusing when seemed to actively try to let me know that I was worthless compared to my little brother and sister, He just ringfenced resources from me and gave them to his children, All resources, Material ones, emotional ones, spiritual ones, he didn't teach me anything even though he was an incredibly compotent man, He could build a modern house from scratch, wire it up perfectly and then decorate it too, I really wanted to learn of him put he would sneer at me whenever I'd approach him and turn to his kids ( who, ironically aren't anywhere near as capable as me, they had no interest in following him, I did, He didn't want me to)

I could drivel on fr hours, but the one thing he taught me was If you are going to raise another mans child 1, do it properly, love him like he is yours and hewill give you the same love, respect and affection as you own children, 2, let him know the truth, He will respect you more as long as you have respected him, 3, If you are not going to raise him properly, kill him, because he wil absolutley grow up to fucking kill you.

He may even make hunting you a game, raping you a past time and sliceing bits of you off, to cook and eat a hobby.

Or he may realise you were a creep and just point out all the stuff he could do to you if he wanted while sat on his chest in front of his horrified wife and children licking your face like a wolf licking a lambsleg and making you slap yourself if the face and piss your pants whilst your 21 year old real son and hope for the future sits there quivering hoping he isn't next

I have a great relationship with my kids, The oldest one isn't "mine" but totally fucking is, And he is fucking grateful that he has a father that has managed to protect him from his mother and the social workers, And without him his little brother (my son) would have a much harder life, wouldn't be anywhere near as physically strong (big brothers are twats to little brothers, this isn't a bad thing if they are fighting because they enjoy whacking each other and not because there dad makes then do it to prove something to him) and just plain old fucking funny.

I am the very proud father of two very compotent young men, One of them I stuck in his mother, one was there when I got there and without the love of them both I wouldn't be here now, I'd be on fucking holiday or some shit but whatever, they're still cool.

I also have a kid that was raised by someone else, I'm currently on stand-by to be allowed back into his life.

My father was the strongest man I have ever known, not because he lifted bruh. At 19 he broke his neck, and spent the rest of his life in a wheelchair. From that chair he managed to have a very successful 30+ year career teaching and administering. For my entire childhood he was the bread winner. He had frailties and flaws, but he managed to minimize them or use them to his advantage. He was tough, but had obvious affection for us.he taught me how to be a man, tough but tender. He instilled values in me, some right ( integrity, loyalty, respect, etc), some wrong (chivalry), but he always provided the best direction he could. He never dealt shit, nor took it. Honestly, he was a gold standard for the most part, when it comes to role modelling.

Raised by my mum (last of the respectable generation) after sperm donor left for some other cunt. She made sure that I got to experience all the "toxic masculinity" I wanted (sports, boy scouts before they went cuck, etc). She hates the way the world has gone and doesn't begrudge that I will never have kids with how society is going.
