Youtube suggested videos showed me this. Domestic incident where a woman wants the man out of house (probably his) and german shepard gets tazed. The woman is the only one in the video yelling, angry and causing chaos. The man appears intoxicated but is cooperative, the police are cooperative, the dog is in defense mode mainly because the woman is causing stress all around. She is allowed to run over the police, not cooperate and go in and out of the house, yell at the police and tell them the dog could kill them, and even after being told she couldn't go back in the house (she could have gotten a weapon) she goes in the house anyway. At one point the man even confronts police looking to defend the woman and her honor. At 4:00 The police remain focused on the man who was doing his best to cooperate but the dog got tazed because of the womans emotions and the fact that the men were all letting her run the show.
