One of my exes was like that I remember I picked her up and we rode to school together and one morning I was like 10 minutes later for class and she hadn't come out yet. She bitched at me so hard for honking my horn so she'd hurry her as up .

She was ALWAYS late though it was super infuriating and it does show a sense of disrespect for everyone else around you.
