I’ve noticed over the past week or so during the Christmas period that many women drivers have been more crazy than usual. On several occasions women have failed to give way to me, and I have had to slam my foot on the breaks in response. Further, they have frequently driven off without a care in the world – no remorse, no apologies – they are completely oblivious to the potential dangers they are causing. Only yesterday a woman raced around a corner and almost cleaned me up when I was getting out of my car. Then, she had the audacity to stop, and tell me that I “always park too closely to the street corner”, when in actual fact I was quite far away, and the fault was entirely hers on account of taking the corner so recklessly. Last time I checked, corners are meant to reduce our speed, not increase it…At any rate, I was shocked with her ignorance and outright projection of her own reckless driving behaviours on to me.

tl;dr: Be careful when driving in the New Year period. Female drivers are more reckless than usual, they don’t give way, and they may be responsible for more accidents than usual.
