I do both. Drink beer, smoke weed, eat pizza, and go to the gym. In my mind it all balances out. I wanna check out by about 2035. I reckon the world's gonna be a shitshow by then.

You have the right to your own body.

That being said, exercise really does improve quality of life. I legitimately have to run every couple days to cope with my anxiety. Also... if you exercise, you can eat more :P

Cut soda and juice... Walk or jog 2-3 a week... Do some pushups Simple and free things you can do will invest in your life for the better..

Don’t become diabetic or fat ass taking 3-8 pills to keep your meat bag body functioning...
