One of Bill Gates favorite books is called “Measure what matters” and in it the Google Guys who founded the company figures a way for them to do certain things on schedule.
It operates like this
Objective- Write a Red Pill Post on goals for guys who are working on their mission.
Key results- karma Key results- community support
That’s just it. You can even brake down the key results into their own objective and micro manage that way.
Mine currently looks likes this
Objective- I want to attract my wife when I meet her
Key results: I go to the dentist so my teeth don’t rot out. So I brush my teeth and floss every night before bed.
Key results: hygiene. I take showers every day mostly. So I brush my hair and clip my fingernails. Sometimes I put lotion on my body if it makes my skin smell good.
Key results: Lift. So I’m eating and sleeping properly to ensure I have muscle growth and I take care of myself in the gym so not to injure myself and slow myself down.
Key results: pursue a career. I have a job but it’s pretty mediocre and I want to make more money. I won’t leave until I find better job because this is the only thing supporting me right now.I might apply to new jobs or attain some certifications online and network on LinkedIn.
Key results: Pursue a family. I want kids and I need to meet someone who shares this with me.
Feel free to share yours or look up the OKR(objective- key results) in google.
