People in West Virginia are too busy poppin pills or shooting up to kill you and eat you, you are fine. Inbreeding is in fact looked down upon heavily in Appalachia despite the stereotype. If I did ever find a mutant hillbilly with enough brains to do half of what they do in these films I would definitely be concerned though.
