My niece was screaming at the dinner table having a tantrum for something and was told she could have it after dinner (can’t remember what it was, this was 3 weeks ago). She literally is going non stop and we all had long days at work, just trying to enjoy dinner. No one’s doing anything, my annoyance is building. My weak dad says “oh just go get it for her”. I look up and say “are nuts? If you reward her now, you are literally teaching her that to get what she wants all she has to do is scream and disturb everyone else. You need to teach her this is unacceptable”

“So what am I supposed to do?” I get up, pick up the screaming child and take her to another room. I return to the table and we eat. We can hear her screaming still but much more muffled and distant now so we are comfortable, enjoying our food. After a while it fades even more. Eventually my dad goes to check on her, guess who came back in the room in a calm, friendly mood? Literally kick these bitches out of the room and don’t let them back in till they are ready to behave themselves. MGTOW.
