I remember when I used to teach English as a foreign language, some of my students were women in their 30's who were online dating potential husbands from countries like Pakistan, Morocco and Egypt because the locals didn't want to marry them.

I guess that answers the question "what if all men in the West go MGTOW?", women will just import husbands from somewhere else.
