Don't forget she was rumoured to be escorting before the tv show (perhaps how she landed the tv show).
This is one of the few gigs (and have no confusion to her it is a career) that will give her more narcissistic supply than even acting can. She is without a doubt an addict, so in the early stage she will definitely up the love bombing to hook him but also to be magnanimous since she is getting what she craves.
That will eventually become her new dopamine baseline and she will treat him worse behind the scenes both as a way to lower his self worth and establish her as the only source of emotional validation (his mother died while he was young, so exploiting his 'male mother need' is a convenient strategy) but also as a way of 'punishing' him because she no longer has as big a dopamine rush from all the attention so the frustration finds an outlet in sadism. The sadism is also amplified because he gives in to her petty demands (with this shooting bullshit being an early foray to set the terms/frame from the outset) which lowers his perceived value, which ups the demands - repeat ad infinitum. Additionally as she gets all this adoration and attention for being associated with him and it becomes her new dopamine baseline; while also losing her respect for him she will mentally start seeing the adoration as being an innate aspect of herself. It is only right that they fawn over her and throw parades, it doesn't actually have anything to do with him - they are seeing and justly lauding the innate divinity within her; she will then resent him even more as she will see him as an unnecessary restraint of her power (rather than the source of it) as well as disgust inducing reminder that all that she believes about herself is an intricate self delusion.
I'll put my money on the fact that from a historical perspective she becomes like Livia (the wife of Octavian/Augustus) or from a more modern one Yoko Ono/Sharon Osbourne.
She will try to become a big time power player/broker. Will be interesting to see if she can pull it off or if the British aristocracy/royalty will draw ranks and freeze her out.
(It's already confusing to me that the Queen would allow her to join 'the firm' but perhaps they already see Harry as a hopeless cause and so cutting their losses tactfully).

I suspect she wasn't keen and the Palace tried to talk him out of it as well, but a few things to consider;
HRH has not gone long left.
I think she's very fond of Harry and remember he was very young when his mother died, so the Queen is aware of this and treats him with kid gloves.
No doubt he's thrown a few strops about it behind the scenes, threatening to move to America, leave The Firm etc (of course not realising the gold digging slag (GDS) would lose interest in him instantly) so with him acting up, I suspect the Queen over-ruled palace officials and gave it her blessing.
I don;t think he gives a shit about what anyone thinks, no the palace, the public, the media (who he despises and blames for killing his mother)...plus I'm sure the GDS is giving him great head and working his dick like a pro, so he'd rather give up the Monarchy than her blowjobs.
I think you're analysis is spot on, but one thing you've overlooked is that i don;t think she realises it's not all vacations in Mauritius and skiing in St Tropez, being a Royal is hard work and she'll get fed up with all the duties she's expected to perform, and start nagging him to cut down, which'll cos a lot of arguments between him and The Palace. Also he understands his obligations and won't give them up too easily.So it'll cause tension between them as well.
As he's clearly already acting "cucked" she'll berate him for making her attend Royal events/public duty stuff not glamorous enough for her taste. and will make his life a living hell behind the scenes (as you suggested) as she gets more and more entitlement.
His life is going to be Hell, poor lad, he just doesn;t know it.
