Question: What mechanism does this "law" put in place to validate the "explicit 'yes' statement"?

Does some "I do" colloquy need to be "offically" conducted in front of a local judge or other appointed, certified, or "ordained" witness? And then to what extent & in what degree of detail do the subsequent sexual activities need to be "explicitly" described prior to the "yes"?

Alternately, does this colloquy need to occur before each specific sexual act? Then also, how long doe the "explicit 'yes' statement" then apply/last? a day? an hour? perhaps only 15 minutes, just a single (1) minute? or maybe only 10 seconds???

If the latter, will the judge (or other "certified witness") officiating at this "explicit 'yes' statement" then need to remain present (at least within hearing range if not visually observing) the entire "romp"?

It is even worse than you think.
Even if you get consent before the "act" according to the proposed law the man has to get a new consent before any "new moment" during the sex act or you can be guilty of rape and sentenced for up to 4 years in jail.

The The Swedish Bar Association that were asked to comment on the proposed law said:
"Willingness shall be obtained before each new moment or phase in the sexual act. What constitutes a new moment is not precised by the proposed law and is unclear"
