I work at a large lab staffed with around 20-30 Medical Lab people per shift. I've noticed there's a big difference between working with men vs women. I know, this may seem obvious.

The men have NOT ONCE, NOT ONCE given me issues when I had to turn my shift over to them. Their attitude was, "Ok, this is the work that is being handed over to me, and I will plan accordingly to try and get as much done efficiently as possible. Go home and enjoy your day, I got it from here man."

The women? Hahahahahaah, is that a joke? "Oh my god, look at all of this work I have to do. Hey can you do me a favor and go grab me all of these reagents because I'm a lazy fat cow? Why is there an extra chair here....? Wow, looks like you had a busy night rolls eyes. Ugggghhhhhh, I wish I could just stay home today..." The list literally goes on.

When a female comes in to take over my shift (90% of the time) I just tell them what's going on and bolt the fuck out of there and clock out as quickly as possible.

If I didn't like the lab so much I would have easily nexted this profession for sure because dealing with most of these bitches is mentally exhausting.

Would love to hear any stories of you guys that work at an office dominated by females lol.
