Criteria: Cheap, safe, cold culture where people leave you alone

I'd prefer a cabin somewhere for 50k EUR or less that has internet (3G is alright) no nosey neighbors, far away from rapefugee redistribution.

I make a modest income online so I won't rely on local jobs.

City wise Budapest was alright for me. Although a bit sketchy due to the large number of downtrodden locals it's generally safer than any Western European capital and very cheap due to their overregulated post commie economy that is unlikely to ever catch up.
