So yesterday, 7/13/18, my lawyer client made 2 formal complaints and the class action suit is proceeding. However, LA is in a 2 Party, Victim shield state so I only know the identity of his son and the principal.

Complaint 1 - Law Suit Against the District (LAUSD I think. Not too sure as I haven’t been near a school since graduation)

Complaint 2 - Law Suit Against On-site board of Administrators of the school (all female)

Complaint 3 - Class Action Suit (athlete, students and all other forced to collude or suffer educational repercussions.
