I normally like his videos but most of that is terrible advice.

The absolute best way to mitigate divorce rape (other than not getting married, I know I know) is to make sure that your wife makes as much money as possible during the marriage. Do NOT let her be a stay at home mom for any meaningful length of time. Do NOT let her work part time for any meaningful length of time. Make sure she’s pulling in as much money as possible.

That will not prevent divorce rape but if you can show that your wife has the ability to make money, your alimony and child support obligation will go way down.
