So women are paid 80 percent as much as men cross all jobs, and 90 something percent for the same jobs. Sexism? NO! First off, they choose different jobs. Men are expected it preferred to be providers and high earners. If they want a decent mate, they best be trying hard to gain money and status. Women are the gold diggers. Men aren't. Men feel the need to earn and provide, women don't. Secondly, for the same job, women have a HUGE advantage. For stem fields, women are immensely preffered over equally qualified men. Says who? That can explain the slight pay gap for equal jobs. Less qualified women get hired. Why have men made more significant inventions and breakthroughs? Because it gets them girls! Women just need to looksmax a bit and are more than fine finding a man to provide for them. Why aren't women funny? They don't have to be. They get sex and male companions regardless.
