It's a Sunday, and coupled men around the world scramble to appease their partners. Driving them to farmers markets, painting the house a redundant color, sitting with her parents for their 2-hour weekly timesink brunch. Either begrudgingly bored or frantically squeezing out every drop of approval they can.
Men kill their dreams to keep the 'current' female happy. Dropping out of university's or quitting hobbies. Moving across the country to supplicate her hypergamy. Leaving their smaller hometowns where he's prospering for the big city lights so she can eventually drop him for a lawyer.
Why do so many men fall into this broken state of being? There may be several reasons, but one is a lack of core identity. She may have erroded his identity, but to get to this point his identity was already most likely weak.
A weak identity often comes from a LACK of desire. Not a lack of desire in her, but a lack of desire in himself. A lack of purpose and mission, so she becomes the mission. She is a challenge after all isn't she? She's constantly changing the game and it's your job to figure it out and solve, in essence, her ever changing happiness, or lack thereof, becomes the challenge of his life.
You should of always been thinking like her. Always focused on what's in your best interest, and generally speaking, following her hypergamy or perogative is not in your best interest.
You need to follow your perogative. Maybe that's money and success. Maybe that is worldy impact. Maybe that's to sit on your ass all day. It's up to you. But if yoi have something to challenge you, a mountain to climb, youre less likely to fal into HER mission. Into you following her slaverous hypergamy instinct.
She wants to move somewhere else? Let her. Cya. Wants you to do errands for her? What's in it for you?
Follow that line of thinking.
