If a man and woman are sober, not under the influence, consent to have sex, with a camera and lawyers filming it... it's still considered rape.

Men are considered guilty until proven innocent. And there's NO WAY to prove consent.

Does today's culture accept that willfully intoxicating yourself the the point where you make poor choices with people as wilfully intoxicated as you are then regret the result of those choices? Yes. That is rape.

Apparently, as women are permitted to retroactively change their minds as they see fit. She can jump all over you and literally beg for sex but if she regrets it the next morning you "raped" her because a drunk woman is totally and completely helpless and unable to control herself in any way and you're obligated to understand that. Happy to clarify that.
