I work in IT for a large company (I’m certain everyone here knows the company). We have barely any women on my team and none in leadership on my team (sadly not the case for the rest of our org). I’m in my boss’s office talking about an issue this morning. A couple other guys come in. It’s nice to be able to throw around harmless, silly comments without worry. Let’s just say we described people as bitches without having to worry, still had a productive conversation, then went our own ways to get shit done. Not a single one of us walked away and pretended a word offended us.
