It's about attention, instigation, shit throwing, and generally having a larf by trying to manipulate the manosphere. It's kids. They are pissed that r/incels is gone, it was their moaning grounds where unprepared redditers would be horrified into hating them. They feed on hatred. Not hating them by ignoring them is #1 insult. The incels hate each other to fill their desire for hatred. It's crazy 4chan, kotaku, internet insanity stuff mixed with lots of autism.

Ok bud. Lets say its "literally" personality and confidence (it's not). This patient needs his appendix removed. I'm gonna need you to perform this appendectomy. What? You have no medical training or surgical experience? Don't worry, just have confidence, that's literally all it takes! Oh shit, we lost the patient. No worries, you'll do better next time!

Confidence does not manifest out of nothing. Confidence is a result of training, experience and positive reinforcement. You learn how to do something, then you do it over and over again with a reasonable amount of positive outcomes. This leads you to over time become confident that you are doing this thing correctly.

Now imagine having little to no training (poor socialization, lack of good male role models), people judging your every attempt (years of bullying) and mostly negative experiences (rejection, humiliation). How confident are you really going to be? How good is your personality going to be?
