Louis CK is probably like a lot of guys here. Never had much female attention, has a lot of inner pain, channels it through art (comedy). Eventually he settles for some post wall hag who probably gives him starfish sex once a year on his birthday. So like most guys he jerks off most nights instead.

Then, after grinding it out as a stand up and writer for 20 years he is finally successful. Famous. Top of the NYC comedy scene. All of a sudden women are throwing themselves at him. But he has no real sexual experience, no idea how to handle it, and the only real pleasure he has ever gotten out of sex is by himself.

So these girls are begging him to take them back to his room. He doesn't know what to do, so, uncomfortable, he asks if it would be okay if he just jerks off while watching them. The girls think it's weird, but it's no big deal.
