What's the slightly derogatory word for a stupid woman or girl? Twat? Is that too strong?

I’d use ‘twat’ or even ‘cunt’ but women will hate it.
‘Sloot’ means good natured but not to smart slut.

My Middle Eastern town is swarming with Russian women. I've never seen them date a local male (incomes here are $150 a month so that probably explains why).

I've seen a lot of Russian women holding hands and kissing Russian men that look 2x or 3x older than them. It seems to be some kind of sugar baby thing? They're not even ashamed about it either. I see a lot of these couples with a huge age difference (almost everyday).
